§ 01Who we are
CarrierMark Vault is a product of Murphree Holdings, LLC (“Murphree Holdings,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes how we handle information collected through carriermarkvault.com (the “Site”). It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
§ 02What we collect
Information you submit. The Site has two forms. The founding-access application asks for your brokerage name, MC number, monthly load volume, a description of how you vet carriers today, and a work email. The free snapshot request asks for a USDOT number and the email address where we should send the report. That is the complete list — we collect what you type, and nothing you don’t.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, request time — for security and operations, as essentially every website’s host does.
What we don’t collect. The Site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. We do not buy information about you or append it from data brokers.
§ 03How we use it
- To evaluate and respond to founding-access applications.
- To generate and deliver the carrier snapshot you requested. A USDOT or MC number you submit is used to retrieve publicly available FMCSA records for that carrier.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To contact you about CarrierMark Vault — the thing you asked us about. Any marketing email we send includes a way to opt out, and a reply that says “stop” works just as well.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We disclose it only to the service providers described below, or if the law requires it.
§ 04Service providers
A small number of vendors process data on our behalf, only to provide their services to us:
- Netlify hosts the Site and processes form submissions.
- Akismet (a service of Automattic) screens form submissions for spam.
- Google provides the email service where form submissions are delivered to us.
Each operates under its own security and privacy commitments.
§ 05Retention
We keep application and snapshot-request information for as long as it remains relevant to the founding program or the business relationship it relates to, or as long as the law requires. If you want it deleted sooner, ask — see § 06.
§ 06Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the Site by contacting us at legal@carriermarkvault.com. Depending on where you live, a privacy statute may grant you specific rights; we honor reasonable requests whether or not a statute compels it.
§ 07Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information in our control, including serving the Site exclusively over encrypted connections. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, and we do not promise otherwise.
§ 08Children
The Site is a business-to-business service directed to freight brokerages. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
§ 09Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. A material change will be flagged on the Site itself, not buried.
